Please use our suggested methods to find your optimal size:

1. Measure your feet as described in the instructions and then check the size chart. Here you will also find, which EU size you need.

2. Use our size advisor, which you can find on every product page. Here you can select famous brands for which you already know your size and then get your VIBAe size displayed.
 

3. Use your "normal size" as a reference to check that your measurements are somewhat correct.

→ In doubt or between sizes: We have learned that our smaller sizes, EU 35-41, are a bit small so we advise you to size up.

How do I pick the right size?

You can request to be notified when your size available again:

1. Go to the product
2. Choose and click your size
3. Click "Notify me when available"
4. Write your email address and you will be notified, when your size is back in stock

My size is currently not available

1. Push the heel piece down, lay your foot on the floor and push your toes deep into the shoe; only after then, pull the heel up

2. VIBAe shoes should feel a bit snug first as the fabric will stretch in use - you do not need to leave extra room for the toes

3. If in doubt, you can double-check the fit by removing the insole from the shoe and by placing your foot on it - if all toes fit inside the insole, the shoe is most likely perfect in size

How to wear VIBAe shoes for the first time

Please visit our Return Portal to start your return or exchange. You will need your order number and email address.

→ You will receive the needed paperwork (eg. the return label) in an email when you are done.

How to exchange or return?

Your order is currently being processed and you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order once it's on its way.

Please note that during high-demand periods, there may be slight delays. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

As soon as your shoes are in our warehouse, we'll ship them out.Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order in transit.
