How long does a refund take?Updated a day ago

If you’re receiving a refund to your credit or debit card, it can take up to 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your account.

For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 30 days for processing.

Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse and have been accepted after inspection, the refund will be processed right away.

The refund will appear on your statement as Global-e NL B.V.

If you don’t see the refund within the expected timeframe, you may have chosen store credit as your refund method instead.

Of course, you can always reach out to us if you’d like an update or to change your refund method.

We also recommend checking with your bank or payment provider to make sure there are no delays on their end.
