We’re not able to process exchanges for items that are out of stock or for a different-priced product.

Please return your item and place a new order when the size or product is available.

For the return, you can choose how to get your money back:

• Store credit (+10%): Get a gift card worth 10% more than your original amount. Fast and no restocking fee. (Recommended if you plan to reorder.)

• Original payment method: Refunded to your card/PayPal within 5–8 business days, minus a €10 restocking fee (or equivalent in your currency), as per our Return Policy.

Get notified when your size is back:

1. Open the product page

2. Select your size

3. Click “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE”

4. Enter your email — we’ll alert you as soon as it’s restocked
