Tracking says package delivered, but I can't find it.Updated 3 months ago

In case no one was available at your home during delivery, the package might have been left in a secure spot at your shipping address. Make sure to look around the front of your house, particularly behind bins, potted plants or fences.

Please verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure it's accurate and complete. If it is, check the tracking page for any updates on whether the package was returned to us for any reasons or got delivered to a post office, nearby. 

Also, please don't forget to ask neighbors, mail rooms, or front office staff if they've seen the package, as it may have been misdelivered.
