Tracking says package delivered, but I can't find it.Updated a day ago
If no one was available at your address during delivery, the carrier might have left your package in a safe place — for example, behind bins, potted plants, or a fence near your front door.
Please double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to make sure it’s correct and complete. If it is, visit your tracking page to see if there are any updates — for example, if the parcel was returned to us or delivered to a nearby pick-up location.
Please also check your tracking information in case your shipment was delivered to a UPS Access Point.
Don’t forget to ask neighbors, building mailrooms, or front-desk staff if they may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
