The item I want is out of stock. Can I back order?

Sometimes, due to the high demand for specific sizes and styles, the item may be sold out. If the item is available for back order, you will see a backorder button underneath the size selection table AND an estimate of when the item will be shipped. 

If the item is not for backorder, you can request to be notified when the item is again available by clicking the Notify me -button.


How often are items restocked?

We try to restock items regularly - typically once a month, sometimes quicker, sometimes slower. It all depends, e.g. the availability of fabrics or leather. Some styles may be more seasonal e.g., PORTO sandals are likely not restocked during the winter time.

If the item is sold out and not for backorder, you can request to be notified when the item is again available by clicking the Notify me -button.


What does 'end of line' mean?

It means that the style will not be available in the future and we normally offer the rest of such items with a discount.


I want to exchange, but the size is out of stock. Can I choose a different color?

Yes, you can easily change to a similar, different color item in a different size by requesting an exchange at our Return & Exchange Portal. You will see the options for your exchange there.
