Looking to make a return or exchange?

Do you feel unsure about the size?

VIBAe shoes should feel snug at first – there’s no need to leave extra space at the toes.
The easiest way to put them on is while standing: push your foot all the way to the front of the shoe against the floor, and only then pull up the heel.
Once you start wearing them, the shoes will stretch about half a size, and the more you wear them, the better they’ll feel.

Something still not quite right? No worries — we’ve got you covered with two options: exchange or return.




Exchanges

We offer a free exchange within 30 days of delivery.
During the process, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label for your return.

  • If you need to change the shipping address for your exchange order, please contact us before submitting your request.
  • If the size you want is currently out of stock, please make a return (see below) and order again when your size is available.

Your order may be shipped in more than one package, but you’ll receive only one tracking number for the full shipment.

This means:

  • Packages may arrive at different times.

  • The tracking number may show as “delivered” even if only part of your order has arrived.
    Before initiating a return, please make sure you have received all parts of your order.

Please note: we can provide one prepaid return/exchange label per order.
→ If you don’t receive the email containing the prepaid shipping label, please check your spam folder, as it may have been filtered there by mistake.




Returns with refund

We offer a free return, with a €10 restocking fee deducted from your refund, within 30 days of delivery.

You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label during the process.

You can choose between two refund options:

1. Refund to your original payment method
Your refund will appear within 5–8 business days after processing.
The restocking fee (€10 or equivalent in your local currency) will be deducted automatically.
On your statement, it will appear as Global-e NL B.V.

2. Refund via store credit
You’ll receive a gift card worth 10% more than your original purchase amount.
Benefits: no waiting time and no restocking fee deducted.




Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn and undamaged

  • All original tags must be attached

  • You must provide a valid receipt


If you wish to make a claim of a damaged or defected item, please contact us first at [email protected] before starting the return process.

All returned items are inspected by our warehouse before a refund or exchange is approved.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked 50% off or more
