Exchanges
We offer a free exchange within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return during the process.

So that you know, we can provide one prepaid return/exchange label per order.
→ Please remember to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email containing the prepaid shipping label. Sometimes, emails can accidentally be filtered there.
Returns with refund
We offer a free return, deducted with a €10 restocking fee, within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return during the process.
You have two choices for your refund when you return:
- Refund via your initial payment method
This takes 5-8 business days to appear on your original payment method, and our system will deduct a restocking fee from your refund. The restocking fee is €10 or the equivalent amount in another currency. - Choose to get refunded via store credit.
This means you receive a gift card with 2% more of your original sum.
Further benefits: There is no waiting time for that credit and no restocking fee deducted.
