Order confirmation
Right after placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation from [email protected].
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please also check your promotions, junk, or spam folders — sometimes the email ends up there.
Mark us as SAFE, so you won’t miss any future updates from us.
If your order includes an item on backorder, your order summary will show the text “Backorder product” along with the estimated shipping date. If your order has both in-stock pairs and a backordered pair, everything ships together once the backordered style is ready. If you want the available pair right away, place two separate orders so we can send the in-stock item without delay.
Shipping confirmation
You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse.
If you haven’t received it yet, please check your order confirmation to see if any of your items were on backorder. We are only able to ship orders once all items are available.
