Exchange for a product that is currently out of stock?Updated 7 months ago
Unfortunately, you cannot exchange to a product/size that is out of stock.
Instead, return your product and order later when we have your size back in stock.
When you return, you are asked how you would you like to get your refund. You have two options, the original payment method (usually a credit card) or store credit where we offer you 10% more credit than you originally paid. If you'd like to exchange for a size that is not in stock, If you choose to be refunded to your original payment method, your refund will be deducted with a restocking fee (€10 or equal amount in your currency) as explained in our Return Policy. |
Let us notify you when we restock:
- Go to the product
- Choose and click your size
- Click "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE"
- Write your email address, and you will be notified when your size is back in stock.
