We ship from the EU (Finland), so for shipments delivered outside the EU you may need to pay the customs fees and your local VAT before receiving your order.

→ We at VIBAe are not covering those, although your order may qualify for free shipping!

• If you live in the EU there are no customs fees nor import taxes to be paid (the VAT is included in the price).
• If you live in eg. the USA, Australia, etc., the threshold is so high that ordering a few pairs will not need the customs clearance, aka there is no duty fees nor tax to be paid.

The exact taxes and customs fees you may have to pay can depend on a variety of factors, including the value of the goods, the types of goods, and your country's import laws. To avoid any surprises, we recommend that you check with your country's customs office or tax authority to determine what taxes and fees may apply to your order from Finland.

How customs clearance works

When your order arrives in your country, it will go through customs clearance, and the customs officials will assess any taxes and fees that may be due. They will then contact you to let you know what needs to be paid and how to pay it.

It's important to note that the customs clearance process can take some time, so you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

If you choose not to clear the shipment, we will be notified of it, and will try to contact you. If you refuse to clear the shipment, we will deduct the shipping fees from your refund to your country and our warehouse. We cannot cover the shipping costs back and forth just to realize that our customer has no intention of clearing the order with the shipping company or Customs Office.
