The item I want is out of stock. Can I backorder?
Sometimes, due to high demand, certain sizes or styles may sell out quickly.
If the item is available for backorder, you’ll see a “Backorder” button below the size selection, along with an estimated shipping date.
If the item is not available for backorder, you can click the “Notify me” button to receive an email as soon as it’s back in stock.
Please note:
If your order includes multiple items and one of them is on backorder or currently out of stock, your entire order will be shipped only once all items are available.
How often are items restocked?
We restock most items regularly — typically once a month, though timing can vary depending on material availability (for example, specific leathers or fabrics).
Some styles are seasonal and may not be restocked year-round — for instance, PORTO sandals are unlikely to be restocked during the winter.
If an item is sold out and not available for backorder, you can still sign up for updates using the “Notify me” button on the product page.
I want to exchange, but the size is out of stock. Can I choose a different color?
Yes — you can easily exchange for a different color of the same model (in your size) through our Return & Exchange Portal.
The available options will be shown during the exchange process.
If you’d like to exchange for a different style, simply leave us a message — our team will help you complete the exchange.
If the size or item you want is no longer available, you can also return your pair, choose store credit (+10%), and place a new order when the item is back in stock.
